• "Service" refers to Rayve’s reputation management platform, including AI features, onboarding tools, and any human-assisted components included in your plan.
• "User" refers to any business or individual using our Service
• "Customer" refers to the end customers of our Users who may be asked to leave reviews
• "Content" includes all text, data, and information generated or processed through our Service

3. Service Description

Rayve provides a platform that helps businesses:

• Automate and manage customer review requests
• Generate personalized review suggestions using AI
• Track, analyze, and summarize customer feedback using sentiment analysis
• Integrate with third-party platforms like Google Business Profile via secure API connections
• Allow businesses to view and respond to third-party reviews from within Rayve
• Enable management of select business profile details (e.g., hours, descriptions), where authorized
• Offer optional onboarding, setup assistance, or strategy support from the Rayve team

4. User Responsibilities

As a User of our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete business information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to manipulate or artificially inflate review scores
• Respect customer privacy and data protection laws
• Not use the Service to send spam or harass customers
• Review and approve any suggested or human-generated messaging before it is sent on your behalf (where applicable)

5. Review Guidelines

Users must ensure that their review collection practices:

• Comply with Google's review policies
• Not offer incentives in exchange for reviews
• Not attempt to influence review content
• Respect customer privacy and preferences
• Not engage in review manipulation or fake reviews

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Rayve and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection, use, storage, and sharing of your data as outlined there.

This includes data accessed via third-party platforms like Google Business Profile, which may be used to display reviews, generate automated insights, suggest or post review responses (with your permission), and manage your business profile. These actions will only be performed with your explicit authorization.

We comply with Google’s API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use requirements and only use your data to provide and improve the features of the Rayve platform.

8. Service Modifications

Rayve reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

Rayve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

11. Human Support & Concierge Services

Certain Rayve plans include human-assisted services such as onboarding, review campaign setup, or strategic optimization. These services are optional, and our team will never modify customer-facing content or respond to reviews without your explicit consent.

Any such services will be delivered under confidentiality and data privacy obligations, and only by authorized members of the Rayve team.
