2.1 Human-Guided Services

Some plans include support from Rayve’s team to help you set up campaigns, review performance, or fine-tune your strategy. Our team members only access your data as necessary to provide this support, and always under confidentiality agreements. You can opt out of human-led support at any time.

3. Google Business Profile Data

If you authorize Rayve to access your Google Business Profile, we will only use the data as necessary to provide relevant services, such as:

• Displaying your reviews
• Generating sentiment analysis summaries
• Suggesting or posting responses to reviews (only with your permission)
• Updating business profile information (e.g., hours, descriptions, photos) when requested

We follow Google's Limited Use Policy, which includes:

• No use of data for ad targeting
• No unauthorized sharing of data
• No use of data beyond core functionality
• No human review of user data unless expressly permitted

4. Data Storage & Retention

Review and business data pulled from third-party APIs is securely stored in our database.

Cached data is refreshed regularly to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
